Position Summary:

The Advisor, Recruiting Operations will support processes, systems, and training for the global recruiting team. This role will conduct weekly reporting
on open and filled positions, providing pivot tables, charts and graphs on year-to-date progress. This role will also partner closely with the HR Operations and HRIS (Workday) teams to stay informed of new recruiting features in Workday Recruiting and
optimizing how and when to potentially implement or integrate those features. This person will also support other related recruiting systems such as LinkedIn and Yello.

In addition to reporting and systems, this person will develop and launch self-guided Recruiter Training via Work day focused on Endeavor and TKOs recruiting process and standards including how to use the Workday System. These trainings will ensure new and existing recruiters are trained on process and system expectations. This will ensure proper use of the system to ensure d ata cleanliness in reporting.

This role will be responsible for monthly audits to ensure positions are properly closed out and metrics align with recruiting productivity.

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for each of the following:

Reporting
• Compile weekly reporting from Workday Recruiting on open and filled positions; create pivot tables, charts, and graphs to provide year to date progress visibility.
• Compile quarterly diversity data inclusive of funnel metrics by business, level, and location.
• Develop metrics including but not limited to time to fill, source of hire, agency spend and cost avoidance, funnel diversity metrics, and quality o f hire.

Systems Support
• Partner with HR Operations team to understand new Workday Recruiting functionality and share with the recruiting leadership team to determine priorities for implementation or integration
• Continuously learn about Workday Recruiting functionality and determine how it can help recruiters do their best work
• Also partner with HR Operations and Workday Support to troubleshoot issues that arise with Workday Recruiting
• Understand and support integrations and troubleshooting for LinkedIn, Yello, and other systems and tools the recruiting team may leverage

Training
• Develop, finalize , and roll-out recruiting process and systems training for the global team. This is a self-guided online training that will ensure recruiters are aligned on process and systems expectations.
• Regularly review and update Workday Recruiting help articles.
• Provide regular trainings and tips to the global recruiting team to ensure the system is being utilized properly

Audits
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits to ensure filled positions are being closed out in a timely manner , recruiters are moving candidates through the stages in the process (necessary f or progress data and funnel data), and to ensure recruiters are regularly assigned to approved roles.
• Identify
other helpful audits as necessary.

Additional ad hoc projects and tasks will be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years
of e xperience in Recruiting operations
• Recruiting systems expertise in Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn, Yello, and other systems
• Project management capabilities including definition of scope, timeline development, and communication
• Ability to conduct process mapping and documentation
• Ability to check and analyse date,
observing and noting trends
• Highly curious with the keen ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Has a strong attention to detail and the ability to work at a fast pace
• Dedicated with a strong work ethic , accountable for the work
• Strong collaborator, team member, has pride in overall work product
• Ability to remain agile and adaptable to changing needs.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$63,750 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$85,000 annually
