With an artist-centric approach toward discovering and nurturing musical talent, the Warner Records family of labels is currently home to an impressive generation of both major and developing artists. The mission of the Viral Marketing team is to create and accelerate digital trends by partnering with content creators, gatekeepers, and other culture movers. Here you'll get to:
• Lead all aspects of viral strategy for your tailored roster, ensuring that all campaigns are driving measurable impact on social platforms, cultural conversation, and music streams
• Partner closely and collaboratively with artists, managers and internal departments to develop influencer campaigns & content strategy that are supporting the larger marketing strategy and vision for each artist. Once a campaign is in motion, leverage real-time insights and pull marketing levers to fuel the campaign
• Maintain knowledge and relationships with creators and fan facing communities. Identify, recruit, and foster positive relationships with a wide network of influencers, talent, community leaders, and content creators
• Oversee creative ideation and content development needed to launch best-in-class influencer and seeding campaigns for our artists and their fans
• Develop goals and metrics, strategy, and budget for each influencer campaign. Monitor campaigns in real time to understand efficiency of strategy, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Create post-mortem analyses for each campaign to make every campaign more thoughtful than the last
• Report campaign performance weekly to senior staff and managers, providing actionable insights and campaign updates
• Implement campaigns at scale, with multiple creator and content accounts posting simultaneously
• Develop and continually evaluate roster of influencer and seeding agency partners

About you:
• 4+ years professional experience in influencer or social media marketing
• Expert knowledge in all current social media and digital platforms, a consistent track record of amplifying content, expounding on platform engagement, and breaking artists through a social media lens
• Existing relationships in the influencer and creator space
• You can thrive in a team environment, take initiative and work independently
• Strong organizational, project management, and decision-making skills with an acute attention to detail and deadlines
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
