WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Manage VIP program logistics
• Manage VIP Road Staff
• New hire paperwork for Reps
• Oversees VIP Rep processes (financial recaps, nightly event recaps)
• Manages training & execution for all road Rep personnel; including: launching tours, program advance, local assistants, check-in lists for ipads via Arrive, daily program timing, go-to for all Rep needs
• Packing road cases and manage shipments to and from tour
• Manage Merchandise & Creative Procurement
• Help facilitate merchandise approvals/changes with Client Service point, management & merch vendors + assists with ambience/décor decks for each program
• Submit purchase orders & maintain Purchase Order listing
• Drop shipment schedules for merchandise
• Creative for photo booths, drink tickets, banners
• Seek out new vendors for new product ideas, best costs and quality

The expected compensation for this position is:
$64,000.00 USD - $80,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
