Looking for a self motivated and talented young designer with a strong work ethic and clear purpose. Some traditional assistant duties are a part of this job. This position is an incredible opportunity to get mentoring and build a portfolio with quality materials related to entertainment and charitable foundations. Put in a year or two and move on to a larger firm or stick around and help us continue to grow. This is a full-time job and requires full dedication, accountability and availability. We strive to avoid late nights and weekends but the reality is those things will happen. There is sweat equity to put in as we are a small company. You should know what skills are needed to be a designer without being asked. You should know how to keep purposely busy without being told. You should have a body of work in your preferred medium outside of any portfolio for sharing with prospective employers. It's likely your personal work that will get you hired here.
