Live Nation UK's Marketing Partnerships Division is looking for a highly resourceful team player to bring their passion for marketing and music culture to the fixed term contract position of VP, Marketing & Creative Solutions (one year maternity cover).

As VP, Marketing & Creative Solutions, you'll be tasked with developing strategic level brand pitches and new proposition ideas focusing on the fan experience. You will use your strong knowledge of popular culture and consumer trends, proven marketing acumen and creative storytelling techniques to communicate a narrative that will compel brands to partner with Live Nation. Additionally, you'll be responsible for leading and managing three direct reports (and a total team of five people).

The Team

Live Nation UK Marketing Partnerships architects, sells and manages the company's national corporate sponsorship programmes with the world's most recognizable brands. It's an exciting, fast-paced team that collaborates with all facets of Live Nation's business including festivals, venues, touring, ticketing, artists, content, media, promotions, and concert production. The Marketing & Creative Solutions team within Partnerships create innovative and engaging marketing platforms that are designed to solve client challenges through the powerful lens of live music culture. The Marketing & Creative Solutions team, our in-house strategy and creative experts, work in tandem with the sales team to form strategy, big ideas and business solutions for brands. Through needs analysis, fan insights, exhaustive research of the client and their audience, as well as internal ideation sessions, the team ultimately craft a strategic music marketing platform designed to solve brand's business objectives and KPIs. The programme concept is transformed into a visually stunning creative presentation highlighting Live Nation's arsenal of assets. No cookie cutter concepts, no copy and paste, just inspiring and fresh ideas alongside innovative vision designed to maximize brand reach and engagement through the power of live.

• Demonstrable experience in brand marketing, advertising, media, digital or entertainment / sports marketing
• Experience writing sellable storytelling led marketing proposals
• Strong verbal / written communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate ideas internally and externally
• Knowledge of and passion for music and popular culture, marketing trends
• Understanding of digital and social media platforms
• Ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines at once

What the role includes

Proposal & Proposition Development
• Hands on development of impactful strategic level marketing proposals that tell a compelling brand story and meet client objectives
• Leverage research assets to uncover insights, beliefs and behaviours of live music fans as pertaining to brand and proposition
• Lead collaborative work sessions to develop brand solutions and new proposition ideas leveraging Live Nation's portfolio of assets in collaboration with Marketing Creative Solutions team members including strategist, research & insight experts and creatives
• Develop budgets within Live Nation and client parameters to support proposed proposition
• Collaborate with Media Services and Digital Product teams to drive scale and reach of proposed marketing programmes
• Develop visually pleasing proposals independently and in collaboration with Marketing & Creative Solutions design team
• Present and clearly articulate marketing proposals and proposition ideas to executive level clients and internal stakeholders
• Responsible for overseeing dept sales material development across Live Nation sellable assets
• Acquire a thorough working knowledge of Live Nation assets and capabilities, and identify their role in achieving brands business objectives

Line Management
• Lead and manage an existing, high performing Marketing & Creative Solutions team (three direct reports; total of five team members)
• Responsible for scheduling, prioritization and project management of multiple pitches including setting expectations, providing updates to key stakeholders and tracking project status
