Senior Vice President, Product - AI, Data Science, and Analytics

Job Description

UTA seeks a Senior Vice President of Product for AI, Data Science, and Analytics to oversee our advanced analytics platforms and lead the development of innovative ML, AI, and analytical products. Reporting directly to the CTO, this role will shape and integrate data science and analytics strategies that support UTA's core objectives and enhance our technological capabilities.

The salary range for this role is $275,000 to $375,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do

Strategically Shape the Future of AI in Entertainment:
• Set Transformative Strategies: Develop and direct comprehensive strategies across data science, machine learning, and analytics that redefine industry standards and significantly advance UTA's strategic priorities.
• Lead Pioneering Projects: Champion the development and execution of groundbreaking AI models and analytics platforms. Ensure these platforms not only anticipate but decisively set industry trends by incorporating advanced data analysis techniques that enhance decision-making and predict consumer behavior, keeping UTA at the forefront of technological innovation.
• Influence and Drive Change: Articulate and champion a clear vision across the organization, driving the adoption of data-driven and analytics-focused strategies that transform business operations and achieve substantial market impact.

Drive Organizational Excellence and Innovation:
• Champion Holistic Project Development: Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle from ideation through deployment at an organizational scale, emphasizing strategic planning, rigorous evaluation, and meticulous execution. Incorporate analytics to measure performance and guide business strategies effectively.
• Amplify Business Impact: Leverage sophisticated analytics tools and techniques to enhance product offerings and operational models. Ensure these efforts are data-driven, exceed user expectations, and deliver significant business value through improved insights and decision-making processes.

Expand and Strengthen Collaborative Networks:

What You Will Need
• 12+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics fields, with extensive leadership experience managing large-scale, high-impact projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in the strategic development and operational deployment of AI, machine learning, and analytics technologies, with a significant track record in media or technology-focused industries.
• Advanced proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, combined with a comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies and data science best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders around shared goals.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - capable of articulating complex technical and strategic initiatives to a wide range of audiences.
• Outstanding analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a robust capacity for leading organizational change and driving technological innovation.
