Job Description

As a Junior UX Requirements Specialist you will operate across multiple gaming platforms, support production teams in resolving bugs, and play a key role in implementing user experience-related features.

Please note, that position is office-based in Kyiv.

Qualifications
• Execute epilepsy, sound, and input lag tests, using dedicated software and hardware, and verify that all Ubisoft titles are compliant with the guidelines;
• Operate multiple platforms (PC, Luna, X1, PS4, XsX, PS5, NX);
• Support production teams in fixing bugs and implementing UXR related features of the game;
• Investigate, reproduce, report and track UXR issues on the projects, find workarounds for production teams;
• Manage one or more projects following established team actions and processes (planning and coordinating tests, raising project risks, ensuring proper test coverage);
• Work closely with your team and different project stakeholders (production, QC etc.) providing them with relevant feedback on the project status and quality, providing visibility and obtaining required information;
• Create various documentation and reports based on the project needs.

Job requirements:
• Strong motivation to work and develop in the video game industry
• Upper intermediate level of English or higher (spoken and written);
• Good knowledge and understanding of testing theory
• Strong interest in, and genuine passion for video games
• Solid knowledge of PC and console hardware
• Good understanding of Stage Gate process;
• Strong communication (ability to develop and sustain a professional network) and problem-solving skills;
• Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills;
• Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player;
• Proactivity and ability to multitask;
• Resourcefulness and ability to handle challenging situations;
• Openness to change and self-improvement;

Would be a plus:
• Hands-on experience with several gaming platforms;
• Experience with multiple projects;
• Mentorship experience;
• Experience in coordinating tasks;
• Good troubleshooting skills;
• Involvement in test case creation/adjustment;
• Any sound-related background.
