Job Description
• As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with QC stakeholders to provide analytical solutions using various data sources. You will handle and analyze complex game test data, ensuring it is visualized in a simple and understandable way through different visualization tools. Leveraging your data analytics expertise, you will be expected to deliver innovative solutions to various problem statements and support the team in making data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
• Providing analytics on QC team performance for a variety of AAA and mobile games.
• Working with the Project Managers and QC Leads to define relevant KPIs for measuring game performance.
• Creating Automated Dashboards for the QC teams internally and the WWQC teams externally
• Constantly improving the KPIs to ensure they are relevant and useable in everyday work
• Analyze QC team coverage using gameplay data
• Ensuring continuous communication of KPIs to the QC teams, and maintaining an updated summary of current view
• Maintain and constantly enhance tools, bring new ideas, and employ best practices that define industry standards.
• Implementation of analytics tools, best practices, and novel ideas
• Identify the tools that should be used to analyze data and ensure that they are installed and available to the team.
• Maintain and constantly enhance tools, bring new ideas, and employ best practices that define industry standards.
• Solid understanding of fundamental statistical approaches for developing intelligent tools
• Excellent SQL Skills (experience with MySQL is preferred!);
• Advanced Excel and Jira skills. Experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, and others.
• Knowledge of R data frames or Python Pandas.
• A good quantitative background (mathematics, statistics, computer science, etc...) is highly desired.
