Job Description
Fan Development Seasonal Assistant

Key Responsibilities: 
• General administrative support to the F an D evelopment department.
• Coordination of internal communications for F an D evelopment department including organization of weekly staff meetings and the development and distribution of meeting notes and outcomes.
• Collab orate with Fan Development Manager to organize and execute special events aimed at broadening the team's audience.
• Conduct thorough ticket sales, activation, and brand research of other sports and entertainment teams and leagues.
• Assist in the use of analytics to evaluate fan engagement initiatives, measure campaign effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
• Assist the Fan Development Manager
on marketing creative tracking and requests.
• Assist with daily execution of Detroit Tigers Kids Club.
• Assist with the organization and execution of Detroit Tigers Kids Club Day.
• Coordinate with community organizations and corporate partners to identify opportunities to engage with new fan segments and enhance outreach efforts.
• Assist with other Marketing aspects as neede d.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• College senior or recent graduate (within 6 months)
• Prior internship or administrative experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and attitude in office setting
• Strong computer skills with high level of experience in Microsoft Office
• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:
• Exposure to moderate noise level
• Frequent visual/auditory attention
• This position will require working non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings
